What happens if there is money left in escrow after a hiring has ended?
Funds are securely held in escrow when you first activate and fund a roster.
When you end a hiring and there is any money in escrow, you will be asked if you want to make a final payment to the poster.
If your final payment is less than the escrow amount, an escrow refund request for the leftover amount will be emailed to the poster. The poster has 7 days to respond to the refund request.
If the poster accepts the refund request, or does not respond within 7 days
The leftover fund will be refunded to you.
If the poster disagrees with the refund
One of our team members will step in to help resolve any dispute.
