What happens if there is money left in escrow after a hiring has ended?

Funds are securely held in escrow when you first activate and fund a roster. If, for any reason, there are funds leftover in escrow after you’ve ended a hiring with an employee, you can choose to make a final payment to them. If you decide not to, we will send a request to the employee to confirm if he/she agrees to refund the leftover fund to your account.

The employee has 7 days to respond. If he/she agrees with the refund, or does not respond within 7 days, the leftover fund will be refunded to you.

If the employee disagrees with the refund, one of our team members will step in to help resolve any dispute.
