“Candidate may no longer be available”

For most candidates, we require them to confirm once a week that they’re still looking for jobs.

If the candidate has not confirmed this within the 7-day period, possible reasons are:

  • The candidate has accepted a job and is no longer available (most likely), or
  • The candidate missed our email asking to confirm if he/she was still looking for jobs, or
  • The candidate did not want to confirm this once a week.

In this case, we will mark the candidate profile with “This candidate may no longer be available”.
