Rating & Reviews

Getting references is important in hiring. On Spare Staff, you can find unbiased, verified reviews from previous members who have worked with the other person in the past. This helps you make informed decision when it comes to hiring the right person for the job, or working for the right company.

Secure messaging

Our secure messaging platform lets you get to know a hirer or employee and ask questions about a hiring contract ahead of time. We make it safe and secure for hirers and posters to easily send instant messages to each other.

Profiles

Everyone on Spare Staff has a profile to help other hirers or posters get to know each other. To hire or get hired, you’ll be asked to provide your full name, phone number, and email address. Posters must upload resumes to be listed. Resumes are manually verified. Hirers must provide company name, phone number, location. Job ads must represent genuine job opportunities by companies legally operating in Australia.
