Non-responsive candidates or employers: letting us know

“Ghosting”, unfortunately, has become common in the hiring process.

If a candidate or an employer has ghosted you, please let us know.

We will endeavour to:

  • Follow up with the person on your behalf via email, or phone call, or messaging.
  • Update you on status of the follow up where possible.

We will take into accounts: weekends & public holidays, the number of days since the application was first submitted, other factors such as COVID pandemic etc.

We kindly ask both job seekers and employers to show respect to each other to create a good hiring experience for both.
