Welcome to Spare Staff, you’ve found a new way to hire new employees – easier, faster, better and all done online at the click of a mouse. Or if you are a job seeker, this is a new way for you to get your next job which saves you a lot of time and energy.
And the best part: it’s FREE to get started, there is no membership fee, no sign-up fee, no monthly fee to create an account with us.
How does Spare Staff work?
We provide an online marketplace connecting two types of members – the Poster who knows people who are available for work (e.g. him/herself, employment agency, companies who have employees to share to other firms) and the Hirer who are looking to hire new employees for their company.
Spare Staff supports hiring contracts between members such as making changes or cancelling hiring contract, secure payments, dispute resolution and a friendly Support Team ready to help.

Who can create an account on Spare Staff?
Signing up is free for almost everyone. If you’re listing an Employee for hiring, the Employee must have legal working rights in Australia. If you want to hire an Employee, you must be a representative of an organization.
How do I create an account?
Signing up is quick and easy – it takes less than a minute! You can sign up using your email address, or with a Facebook account. Head to our homepage www.sparestaff.com.au and click on the Sign up link at the top.
What information is needed to get started?
As soon as you have signed up, you’re ready to use Spare Staff, however, there are certain details that you will need to provide when you use certain features on our platform. This can include verifying your mobile number, email address, and providing your bank details or credit card details as method to make and receive payments.
If you’re listing an Employee, make sure the employee has working rights in Australia and have the employee’s Photo ID handy. If you do not have the Photo ID now, you still can create the listing first and add Photo ID later. However the listing will not show up in search results without a valid Photo ID.
